.UK domain services
Napair is applying to become a Nominet registrar and intends to provide .uk domain registration and management services to customers.
For .uk domain names, customers will be required to accept Nominet’s Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration as well as Napair’s own Terms and Conditions before completing a registration, renewal, transfer or other domain-related transaction.
Customer acceptance process
Before submitting a .uk domain order, customers will be shown clear links to:
- Nominet’s Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration
- Napair Terms and Conditions
- Napair Domain Registration Terms
- Napair Renewal and Expiry Policy
- Napair Privacy Policy
Customers must actively confirm acceptance before an order can be submitted.
Acceptance recording
Acceptance should be recorded in the system with:
- Customer account
- Domain name
- Date and time
- IP address where available
- Version or URL of terms accepted
