Future use of resellers
If Napair uses resellers in the future, we will require any reseller to comply with Napair’s terms, applicable registry rules, Nominet’s Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration for .uk domains, and the requirements of the .uk Registrar Agreement where applicable.
Before allowing a reseller to offer .uk domain names through Napair, Napair will require the reseller to enter into a written reseller agreement.
Reseller agreement requirements
The reseller agreement will require the reseller to:
- Make registrants aware of applicable registry terms before registration, renewal or transfer
- Ensure registrants actively accept Nominet’s terms and Napair’s terms where applicable
- Provide clear information about pricing, renewal charges, expiry process, transfer process and support
- Provide accurate registrant data
- Handle registrant requests promptly
- Comply with abuse handling requirements
- Not make misleading statements about Napair, Nominet or the registrant’s rights
- Cooperate with Napair on compliance requests, complaints, abuse reports or registry enquiries
Napair’s responsibility
Napair will remain responsible for domains registered under its tag and may suspend or terminate any reseller relationship that does not meet these requirements.
