General domain support enquiries

Napair will acknowledge receipt of general customer enquiries within 2 working days. We aim to provide a full response or resolution within 5 working days, depending on the nature and complexity of the request.

Complaints

Napair will acknowledge receipt of customer complaints within 2 working days. We will investigate and aim to provide a full response within 5 working days. If the issue requires more time, we will update the customer and provide an estimated timeframe for resolution.

Urgent domain issues

For urgent issues affecting domain operation, DNS, renewal, transfer, suspension, abuse or security, Napair will prioritise the request and aim to provide an initial response within 1 working day where possible.

Abuse reports

Abuse reports can be sent to abuse@napair.net. Napair will review abuse reports at reasonable intervals and prioritise urgent security, phishing, malware, fraud and DNS abuse reports.
