Urgent domain issues
For urgent issues affecting domain operation, DNS, renewal, transfer, suspension, abuse or security, Napair will prioritise the request and aim to provide an initial response within 1 working day where possible.
Abuse reports
Abuse reports should be sent to abuse@napair.net. Napair will review abuse reports at reasonable intervals and prioritise urgent security, phishing, malware, fraud and DNS abuse reports.
Renewal and expiry support
Renewal and expiry-related requests are treated as time-sensitive, especially where there is a risk that the customer may lose control of their domain name.
