Napair is the domain registration, domain management and internet infrastructure brand operated by Max Travel SH.P.K. Napair’s registered office is at Bulevardi Bill Clinton nr. 14, 10000 Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo. Napair is applying to become a Nominet registrar and intends to provide .uk domain registration and management services subject to registry approval and applicable terms.

Napair provides domain registration, domain management and related internet services for businesses, entrepreneurs, agencies and digital project owners. Service-specific terms for domain registration are set out in our Domain Registration Terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information, keeping account credentials secure, complying with applicable laws and registry rules, and ensuring that any domain or service ordered through Napair is used lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable registry terms.

Domain registrations are not guaranteed until successfully completed with the relevant registry. A domain search result does not guarantee that the domain can be registered. The terms set out in our Domain Registration Terms apply to all domain name services provided by Napair.

For domain name services, customers must also comply with any applicable registry terms. For .uk domain names, this includes Nominet’s Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration. Where required, customers will be presented with these terms and must actively confirm acceptance before an order is submitted.

Napair publishes registration, renewal, transfer and maintenance charges on the pricing page. The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and additional services, will be shown to the customer before order confirmation. Payment terms specific to a service may be set out at checkout or in the relevant invoice.

Renewals and expiry of domain names are governed by Napair’s Renewal and Expiry Policy and the relevant registry’s rules. Customers remain responsible for ensuring that domains are renewed on time and that contact details and payment methods are valid.

Customers may request transfer of eligible domain names in accordance with registry rules and Napair’s procedures. For .uk domain names, transfers will be handled in accordance with Nominet’s applicable transfer procedures.

Customers can submit a complaint about a Napair service in accordance with the Complaints Procedure. Complaints can be sent to complaints@napair.net.

Abuse reports involving a domain name registered or managed by Napair can be sent to abuse@napair.net. The categories of abuse Napair handles, the information to include in a report and Napair’s review process are set out in the Abuse Reporting page.

Napair may suspend or terminate a service where required by registry rules or applicable law, where a customer materially breaches these Terms and Conditions or any service-specific terms, where an abuse investigation requires it, or where Napair is required to act on instructions from a registry, court or regulator. Napair will provide reasonable notice where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Napair’s liability for any loss arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the provision of services is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the affected service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Napair’s processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. For domain registration services, Napair may be required to process and share registrant information with domain registries, registry operators, escrow providers, technical service providers, law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by applicable rules or law.

Napair may update these Terms and Conditions and any service-specific terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to services ordered after the publication date. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers by email or through the customer account area where appropriate.
