What to include
Please include:
- The domain name involved
- A description of the issue
- URLs involved
- Screenshots, if available
- Email headers, if relevant
- Any other evidence that may help us investigate
Review process
Napair will review abuse reports according to their severity. Where appropriate, Napair may contact the registrant, request corrective action, suspend related services, escalate the matter to the relevant registry, or refer the matter to relevant authorities.
Urgent security, phishing, malware, fraud and DNS abuse reports will be prioritised.
