Customer acceptance of registry terms
Before completing a domain registration, renewal, transfer or change request, customers must accept the relevant registry terms. For .uk domain names, customers must accept Nominet’s Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration.
Registrant information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date registrant contact details. Napair may request updated information where necessary to comply with registry rules, legal requirements or operational requirements.
Registration subject to availability
Domain registrations are not guaranteed until successfully completed with the relevant registry. A domain search result does not guarantee that the domain can be registered.
Renewals
Customers are responsible for renewing domain names before expiry. Napair will send renewal reminders where contact details are available and valid, but customers remain responsible for maintaining their registrations.
Transfers
Customers may request transfer of eligible domain names in accordance with registry rules and Napair’s procedures.
